We were contracted to remove a large single story extension to the rear of the property incl the existing roof tiles and form an additional bespoke bedroom incl private ensuite in the attic room along with a large rear extension consisting of 2nr large roof lights over the new kitchen.  

 

We had the benefit of the clients moving out of the house while the works were on going as the whole house was re-wired, the hating system was renewed and all doors and frames were removed to make way for fire frames and doors.  

 

We installed a new ‘kite winding’ staircase from the first floor into the proposed attic room along with the existing bathroom being totally refurbished, new external patio and landscaping works.

 

We installed rosemary tiles to the roof along with breathable felt membrane, eaves guards, new brickwork to the existing chimney and new hip and ridge tiles installed with a traditional wet system.

 

The new rear extension was rendered to match the existing finish to the house and as the clients were extremely prompt with their decisions and payments, we re-rendered the existing walls to the first floor so everything at the rear was finished the same.

 

The project was completed within 10 weeks.
