Newcastle Airport,
Newcastle
We were contracted to dismantle a former executive car hire desk and create a new M&S / WH Smith franchise.
Due to covid restrictions, we had to construct a self contained tent to work in, which separated us from the public.
The works consisted of M&E alterations to the existing supplies within the airport, new metal walls, floors, roller shutters, decorating & signage works.
Works lasted for 8 weeks.

We were contracted to undertake this project in two sequences.
First job was to undertake some demolition works and get the place ready for the fit out.
The works consisted of two 6 bedroomed apartments on the 1st floor for student accommodation and a fully working shop to the ground floor.
We undertook all works in house other than sub contract mechanical & plumbing works.
Works lasted for 32 weeks.
