We were contracted to remove the existing roof tiles on a pair of semi detached bungalows and install new roof tiles, along with ridge tiles, breathable felt membrane, rebuild existing chimney stacks and install new roof trusses atop of the existing flat roof garage to blend in the new roof.

 

We constructed a small single story office extension to the rear along with a fixed glazed roof light and rear patio decking.

 

The project was completed within 5 weeks.
